AT&T 983 - Corded Phone (2 Line)

A simple design for a two-line operation, the AT&T 983 2-Line Corded Phone is a reliable option for your communication needs. It has large numeric keys and dedicated keys to access specific phone functions. These keys include redial, mute, speakerphone, volume controls, and hold. The AT&T 983 2-Line speakerphone also supports conference calling and has a separate key to initiate a conference. There are two line keys for efficient two-line operation.

The AT&T 983 2-Line speakerphone provides you the ability to store up to 24 numbers as speed dials. To assign these speed dials, there's a Program key on the keypad. An Auto Redial key lets you instantly dial the last dialed number. Also, there's a Flash key that lets you answer a waiting call during an ongoing call. The AT&T 983 2-Line Corded Speakerphone supports up to the two telephone lines for operation.

Certain features of the AT&T 983 Corded Telephone require batteries (not included) to work. For instance, the line lights or line status indicators, and automatic redial feature requires the battery. The telephone, however, works without the batteries allowing you to make and receive a call.
