Avaya IP Office 500 Control Unit

The Avaya 700476005 is a control unit for Avaya IP office system. It has 4 base card slots into which all existing IP500 cards can be inserted along with several new cards which are introduced with Release 6. This unit operates in standard IP Office mode as well as a new Avaya IP Office essential edition Partner Version.

The 700476005 supports up to two combination cards which combine multiple stations and trunk ports with voice over IP resources. These cards are available in two variants supporting either analog or ISDN BRI trunks. ETR 6 cards in this unit supports up to 6 Partner ETR phones.

This unit consists of two SD card slots for system SD card and optional Sd card. It features upto 40 maximum 30 Voicemail channels which is used by voicemail Pro/TAPI WAV connection sessions. Avaya IP500 V2 requires the presence of a system SD (Secure Digital) card.
